Why didn’t I do this earlier? As a kitchen design business, I used to have a large manufacturing shed out the back with hefty overheads as well. Since outsourcing all my manufacturing to Virtual Joinery over 2 years ago, I now don’t have to do any manufacturing and can concentrate on my core business... designing kitchens.

I used to knock back work because I didn’t have the capacity to handle it. Now I am able to service everyone who walks in the door. I have halved the wages I was paying and the only rent I pay is for the showroom. With the cost efficiencies this new setup has provided me, I am even thinking of opening another showroom... why not!
